Treatment monitoring using the StellarQ software

The StellarQ software provides professionals and patients tools for monitoring treatment of chronic diseases. The software is built to provide medical professionals with a primary interface for chronic disease treatment monitoring that is integrated into an existing patient information system. The StellarQ software is being developed consantly in cooperation with experts.
