StellarQ is a software for managing chronic diseases and rehabilitations. It is delivered to healthcare units as a Software as a Service (SaaS). The service supports healthcare professionals in making the right diagnosis, indicates potential changes in disease progression and enables monitoring the clinical course of a disease and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment and rehabilitation. The service is integrated with the core systems of healthcare organisations. The service has two interfaces, one for healthcare professionals and one for patients (PROM/PREM).
